Founding partner Wolfgang Anderson has been designated a Super Lawyer by Law & Politics in Washington State the years 2006 to the present and has also been designated one of Seattle’s Top Lawyers by Seattle Met Magazine. His accolades can also be seen by the icons on our page. He has been practicing law since 1966 and is a former Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Army, “now retired”.

Our other founding partner, H. Michael Finesilver (f/k/a Fields) is now Retired.

Ms. Mcilwian is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (a small group of specially recognized lawyers for their achievement in the field of matrimonial law).

Carena Mcilwain has been designated one of the area’s Top Lawyers in the National Advocates Top 100 Lawyers; 10 best client satisfaction from the American Society of Legal Advocates 2015 to present.

Ms. McILwian specializes and has extensive experience in dealing with the same issues and types of cases as Mr. Anderson. In fact, when joining our law firm, all attorneys are trained by Carena.

Caitlin Fellows has worked alongside both Wolfgang Anderson and Carena McIlwain. She is passionate about child advocacy and developing parenting plans and parenting arrangements that truly support the best interests of their children. While practicing as an attorney in Minnesota, Caitlin worked in both the criminal and juvenile court. Caitlin also has a background working in education.
