For the past decade, Chad Eubanks has driven hundreds of divorce and family law cases throughout King, Pierce and Snohomish counties to exemplary outcomes. He continues to serve our Pierce County and Tacoma clients with their family law and divorce needs. His knowledge of family laws and court procedures is second to none. Chad’s experience and skill routinely leads to early and outstanding settlements in cases he champions. However, when unreasonable demands circumvent settlement and push comes to shove, Chad is equally adept at litigating cases at court as he is negotiating them outside of it. Chad began his career with divorce and family law and has been doing it ever since.
In their 2016 and 2017 publications, Washington Law & Politics Magazine recognized Chad as a Rising Star among family law attorneys in the State. This recognition is provided to only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Washington each year.
Outside of law practice, Chad is an outdoorsman and father. He loves being outside, nature, and animals. He has two rescued dogs, Duke, a pit bull, and Willow, a lab-shepherd mix. He is an avid hunter, fishes religiously, and enjoys camping and boating throughout Washington and Idaho. Chad is also an accomplished craftsman, building custom furniture and doors with the same attention to detail and patience he devotes to the practice of law.
